In Dubai, the Trade License Partner Visa is known as the “Investor/Partner Visa”. This visa allows foreign nationals to enter and reside in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) for the purpose of investing in a business or partnering with a UAE national or resident in an existing business.
To qualify for the Investor/Partner Visa in Dubai, the applicant must hold a minimum share of AED 70,000 (approximately USD 19,000) in the business, which must be licensed and registered with the Dubai Department of Economic Development (DED). The applicant must also provide evidence of their shareholding in the business and the partnership agreement with their UAE national or resident partner.
The visa is issued for a period of three years and can be renewed thereafter. It enables the applicant to live and work in the UAE, as well as sponsor family members for their visas. To Apply For The Investor/Partner Visa In Dubai, The Applicant Must Submit The Following Documents To The DED:

- A valid residency visa, if applicable
- A trade license issued by the DED
